Flapjack Snack Attack
I made these the other day and they are delicious!! They are the perfect sweet treat and my go-to, on-the-go snack of the moment. Quick and easy, plus they would be a great nutritional addition to your kid’s lunch boxes too.
You need:
170g rolled oats
130g buckwheat flour
50g shredded coconut
50g raisins
20g mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
100g coconut palm sugar
150g butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp maple syrup
butter for greasing
The method:
- Preheat the oven to 180C and grease your baking dish with the spare butter or you can line it with baking paper
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix the wet ingredients
- Coming the mixtures
- Press down into your baking dish nice and evenly
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on top. Cool in the dish before you tip out and cut into squares.
