Summer Abs – Are you up for the challenge?
In the month of March I tested this ab challenge – don’t be fooled, it starts reasonably easy…but those mountain climbers are killer! However, you want to get that middle extra toned and strong, why not give it a go? It’s only 30 days after all 😉 do this around your usual weekly Pilates mat class and you will definitely feel the difference 30 days in. Warning, not for those suffering with any kind of back or shoulder injury. If you feel any pain do stop doing the exercises. If you need any pointers to do the exercises properly then please do not hesitate to ask.
