OK, so what is this? It is a 30-Day Super Healthy Eating Challenge which also includes a 30-Day Fitness Challenge. The healthy food part includes a book with 30 days worth of recipes, shopping lists and food plans, all for an intro offer of just £5! The rules for the food challenge are simple:
