4 Ingredient Protein Packed Pancakes

Healthy Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are so delicious, healthy and will fill you up for hours. They contain protein and slow releasing carbohydrates also they are perfect for a post morning workout.

Ingredients (serves 1)

1 banana
1 egg
1 handful oats
1 scoop protein

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender until the desired consistency is reached.

Heat some coconut oil in a non stick pan

Pour about a palm size amount of mix into the pan

Once bubble form in the pancakes they are ready to flip

Serve with your selection of toppings. Why not try my homemade nutella (click here) , chopped strawberries, banana, honey or lemon.
