Exercise top tips:
- Keep a straight diagonal line from your heels to the top of your head. A mirror is a great tool for this so you can check your alignment.
- Take it slow and build up. Start with plain side planks.
- Make sure you check with your regular Pilates teacher of other exercises you can do to build up strength to practice the variation.
